Andrew Vince

Music for

Aged Care and Retirement Villages

I have a musical performance designed for aged- care organisations and retirement villages playing instrumental music. The selection includes  old-time favourites and well-known jazz songs. These include songs such as “In The Mood” by Glenn Miller and “South Of The Border” by Frank Sinatra. The show goes for an hour and residents enjoy hearing music from their past.

Bio

Andrew Vince has been playing saxophone for over 25 years and has a Bachelor of Music from Adelaide University. Over the years he has played in many bands and performed at various events such as the Adelaide Fringe, the Small Business Awards at the Hilton Hotel, and the opening of Wallis Theatre Complex at Mt Barker. He brings this wealth of experience to his performance at your establishment.

Thanks for your saxophone performance here at Sash Ferguson on Monday 30th June. The performance was well received by the residents and they enjoyed it immensely. Pauline – Sash Ferguson

Recently you came and supported us on Thursday 17th July at 6pm-7.30pm for our Winter Waltz evening. Your Saxophone skills and choice of music was just what we needed for our evenings entertainment. The residents had a wonderful time dancing and reminiscing with the tunes you played. Some of the relatives who also attended had a great time and can’t wait to come back. We had a total of 30 people join us on the night and everyone is already asking when the next night will be. We would like to contact you further for a follow up visit. Thankyou for contacting us and sharing you talents with the families and residents here at Milpara.  Best wishes for the future

I wanted to let you know that the members were very impressed with your performance today & especially noted how you took the time to speak to them & the residents which they very much appreciated.

Thanks once again.  Theresa Tucker, Gumeracha/Mt Pleasant Day Centre Coordinator

I would like to thank you on behalf of the residents who attended your recent performance at Alwyndor. The residents thoroughly enjoyed it and have requested that I rebook you. The music bought back so many memories for them and quite a few are now thinking of different songs to ask you to perform at the next visit.

The response from people who don’t usually participate in the lifestyle program was amazing, you are really improving peoples quality of life.  I could see them tapping their feet and humming to the music.

Sue Lange  Alwyndor, Hove.

Thanks for entertaining our residents today Andrew. Lots of positive feedback and keen to have you back at Bethsalem Care again.
